COVID-19 Update

From March 1st 2020 our usual 30 day period for returns has been extended to cover a full 90 days from dispatch.

Due to the unprecedented issues we are facing across the globe and the small delays in delivery timings, it is highly likely we'll receive any returned parcel 1-2 days later than usual. We may also need and extra 1-2 days to process the return, as this is a manual process. Due to this, please allow at least 7 days before contacting our team to advise of any delays or concerns regarding your return.

Rest assured, we will continue to process all online returns as quickly as is humanly possible.

If you have purchased from one of our official stores, who are closed at this time, you do not need to worry. Please hold on to your items until the stores reopen. We will honour any late returns in line with the other terms in our store return policy for a period of 14 days from when we reopen. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.  We will make additional exceptions on a case by case basis where necessary.

Easy Free UK Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dickies workwear order. Therefore we offer a full 90 days from dispatch for you to return any goods to us for exchange or refund. All we ask is that any unwanted item(s) are returned to us in a fully resalable condition, with all packaging, tags etc still intact where applicable.
