Unfortunately as we are currently unable to deliver products outside of the UK we can no longer offer to exchange any product(s) returned to us. We are working on a solution for this and hope to be able to deliver to your region again in 2021.

In the meantime we will issue an automatic refund for any product(s) you return to us, in accordance with your right to return as below.

COVID-19 Update

Due to the unprecedented issues we are facing across the globe and the small delays in delivery timings, it is highly likely we'll receive any returned parcel 1-2 days later than usual. You are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted item or order to dickiesworkwear.com in Ireland. We enclose an address label inside each order for you to use for any return you wish to make.

You may choose any method of parcel return you prefer, although we do recommend you select a tracked option and retain your receipt.
