Unfortunately as we are currently unable to deliver products outside of the UK we can no longer offer to exchange any product(s) returned to us. We are working on a solution for this and hope to be able to deliver to your region again in 2021.
In the meantime we will issue an automatic refund for any product(s) you return to us, in accordance with your right to return as below.
From March 1st 2020 our usual 30 day period for returns has been extended to cover a full 90 days from dispatch.
Due to the unprecedented issues we are facing across the globe and the small delays in delivery timings, it is highly likely we'll receive any returned parcel 1-2 days later than usual. We may also need and extra 1-2 days to process the return, as this is a manual process. Due to this, please allow at least 10 days before contacting our team to advise of any delays or concerns regarding your return.
Rest assured, we will continue to process all returns as quickly as is humanly possible.
You are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted item or order to dickiesworkwear.com in the UK. We enclose an address label inside each order for you to use for any return you wish to make.
You may choose any method of parcel return you prefer, although we do recommend you select a tracked option and retain your receipt.
