Cool FAB Riders Take Pole Position on the Podium

It was a day to remember for eight riders from the Cool FAB Racing British Minibike Championship at the season finale of the MCE British Superbike Championship on Saturday, 15th October.

Johnny Garness (8), Mason Foster (6), Charlie Tilley (8), Owen Mellor (12), Evan Belford (9), Ross Maguire (11), Corey Stainer (9) and Scott Ogden (13) all got to stand on the podium at Brands Hatch to collect their trophies from the last round of the championship at Red Lodge.

The trophies were presented by Roger Smith, Marketing Manager at Dickies. Dickies are the official clothing supplier to Cool FAB Racing and supply clothing for the marshals and staff.

“As ambassadors of the British Superbike Championship we are delighted to support the next generation of talented riders. It has given me great pleasure to present the trophies to these up and coming youngsters who I am sure will go onto bigger and better things as their careers progress”.

MD of Cool Motor Racing Crispin Vitoria said it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for the riders.

“We are extremely grateful to Roger for presenting the trophies to the riders. Dickies are synonymous with British Superbike racing, so it’s fantastic to have them backing the grassroots of the sport by supplying us with kit for our staff and marshals, as well as supporting our riders through once in a lifetime opportunity such as this!”.

The trophy winners were also joined by other Cool FAB Riders on the podium once the presentations had ended.

The youngsters also got the opportunity to meet the riders from the BSB teams they’ll be competing for in the Cool FAB Racing championship next year and take part in the pit walk on Sunday morning.
