We are looking for a Spanish and English speaking Account Coordinator to join our Customer Services team.
 

About the job

 

As European Account Co-ordinator for DickiesLife (our fashion brand), you will provide a first point of contact for the European Sales Team and Customers. This will involve accurately processing related tasks within the Customer Services Department.
 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Accurately process and follow through as necessary all orders received.
  • Processing customer returns.
  • Process and resolve customer’s queries.
  • Assist colleagues to ensure telephone coverage is maintained.
  • Ensure all administrative duties are carried out in an organised and timely manner, e.g. post, faxes, filing etc.
  • Provide any reports as required by the Customer Service Department.
  • Contribute to the achievements of departmental goals and targets.
  • Working with your European Account colleagues to ensure that suitable cover within the team is maintained at all times.
  • Collective responsibility for quality within the business and every individual must perform his or her tasks to a satisfactory standard in order to meet the business and customer needs

Suitable candidates will offer the following skills and experience

  • An English speaker, fluent in Spanish with ideally French as an additional language.
  • Experience of working in a customer services / sales office role.
  • Computer literate: familiarity with MS office and the ability to adapt to the use of our own computer system.
  • Accurate keyboard skills.
  • Professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
  • A team player with good organisational skills.
  • Willing to be cross trained and then assist with other department related tasks.
  • Professional approach.
  • Good time keeper.
