Quality Policy

Williamson-Dickie Europe Ltd. (incorporating North East Rig Out Ltd.) designs, procures, customises, and distributes a range of clothing, footwear, and accessories.

We aim to deliver high standards of quality in all products and services, and we are committed to meeting or exceeding our customers’ expectations on quality and service.

This Quality Management System has been implemented and maintained according to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, and is described in the Williamson-Dickie Europe Ltd. and North East Rig Out Ltd. Management System manual, along with other supporting documents.  The companies aim to continually improve the Quality Management System by using an annual programme of internal audits and management review meetings, alongside other methods.  Both companies are also committed to satisfy applicable requirements which are relevant to their business operations.

Objectives and targets are set and reviewed by management and process owners according to three main quality objectives, which are:

  • To offer products that meet or exceed our customers’ quality expectations, and minimise returns and complaints.
  • To offer a high level of service, delivery, and customer care, and to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • To evaluate suppliers’ performance on product quality and social compliance.

The quality management system provides a method for auditing, analysing and improving our business processes across all areas, so it is vital that all staff assist to help us collectively achieve our objectives and continue to offer great products and service.
