Environmental PolicyWilliamson-Dickie Europe Ltd. designs, procures, and distributes clothing and footwear. 
This environmental policy relates to the Environmental Management System of Williamson-Dickie Europe Ltd., which has been implemented and maintained according to the BS EN ISO 14001:2015 standard.

Williamson-Dickie Europe Ltd. is committed to the protection of the environment and prevention of pollution from its business activities where feasible.  We also aim to influence and encourage our supply chain to adopt a similar approach.

Environmental aspects and impacts are described in the Environmental Management System Manual, along with their relevant controls.  It is the policy of Williamson-Dickie Europe Ltd. to comply with all relevant environmental legislation, as well as other requirements identified as applicable to the operations of the business.  The Company will also consider the environmental requests and concerns of interested parties.

The Environmental Policy and Management System are reviewed during management review meetings, and the Environmental Management System is also audited every 12 months.

Williamson-Dickie Europe Ltd. is committed to the continual improvement of the Environmental Management System to enhance our environmental performance.  This is planned to be achieved through the setting of objectives and targets relating to the environmental aspects and impacts of the business.  Performance against these measures is reviewed during internal audits and management review meetings.

We are committed to achieving the following policy objectives:

  • To reduce, reuse, and / or recycle waste where it is feasible to do so.
  • To communicate relevant information regarding the environmental management system to staff, and to encourage staff to be aware of their environmental impacts.
  • To investigate ways to deliver further environmental improvements.
  • To encourage suppliers to manage and reduce their negative impacts on the environment.

The environmental management system offers a means of scrutinising our environmental performance as a business, so input and assistance from all staff to achieve our environmental objectives is encouraged.
