A brand new Dickies store has opened a discount outlet at the Lakeside village shopping centre in Doncaster. The store is taking its rightful place among 45 other famous name stores such as Clarkes, Cotton Traders, Sports Direct and Marks and Spencer.

During its opening week, shoppers can help themselves to a whopping 20 per cent extra off everything until May 31.

Renowned workwear specialists Dickies are making their stylish, trendy, hard wearing range of clothes and shoes available to the public again. The Lakeside branch is the latest retail opening following the success of outlets in Castleford, Midsomer Norton, Manchester and Ebbw Vale.

Gareth Close, Dickies national retail stores manager said: “Lakeside village was chosen because the area has grown over the years, offering an impressive shopping experience as well as restaurants and hotels. Besides he added, “Doncaster Rovers football club is opposite.”

The location is well placed being only five minutes from the town centre “and we will be a unique brand for the area. The centre has come on leaps and bounds in recent years and has good brands at decent discounts and we are delighted to be associated with this.”

The seven staff have been fully trained to offer a high level of expertise on the products, so shoppers are left in no doubt they have the right apparel to suit.

“It is an exciting prospect,” beamed Gareth “and we are looking forward to serving the people of Doncaster.”
