Dickies have expanded its high visibility range of garments for the vehicle rescue and recovery industry by introducing three new products: the Waterproof High Visibility Padded Coverall for winter weather protection; a tough Workshop Coverall and rigger style high visibility gloves.

The Waterproof High Visibility Padded Coverall has adjustable cuffs with velcro fastening and a concealed hood with adjustable drawcord. The full front closure comprises of a heavy-duty zip under a velcro fastened storm flap. Other features include an elasticated back at the waistband to allow free and unrestricted movement; full-length zips fitted in the legs for easy removal and numerous large pockets.

The tough Workshop Coverall is manufactured from durable Cobra Poly/cotton which has a fluorocarbon finish that serves to protect the garment from staining, facilitating cleaning thus prolonging the life of the garment. To eliminate the pain and discomfort when working in a kneeling position on a hard and possibly wet workshop floor, the Workshop Coverall is fitted with knee pad pouches that take flexible cushioned kneepads.

Both coveralls are fitted with scratch limitation features and conform to EN471 class 3, the standard for the Primary Route Network (PRN) and all other roads with a speed limit of 40mph and above.

Made from premium cowhide leather with a cotton lining, the rigger style, high visibility gloves have a fluorescent polyester tricot strip around the wrist.

The other garments making up this range are Poly/Cotton Trousers which have multi-entry cargo pockets complete with a pocket for a mobile phone and radio; waterproof Safety Trousers; and a zip-up Safety Waistcoat. There are also three jackets all complying with EN471 Class 3: a three-quarter length, waterproof Recovery Safety Jacket, the Recovery Safety Bomber Jacket and the versatile Recovery Poly/cotton Safety Jacket which can be adapted for use in warmer weather by removing the quilted lining.
