Quality Policy

Williamson-Dickie Europe Ltd designs, procures, and distributes a large range of corporate, industrial, and fashion clothing and footwear.

We aim to deliver high standards of quality in all products and services, and we are committed to meeting or exceeding our customers' expectations on quality and service.

Our Quality Management System has been created according to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008, and is described in the Williamson-Dickie Europe Ltd Quality Manual. The Company aims to continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System through an annual programme of internal audits, and 6-monthly management review meetings. In addition, objectives and targets are set and reviewed by management and process owners according to our quality objectives, which are:

  • To offer products that meet or exceed our customers' quality expectations, and minimise returns and complaints.
  • To offer a high level of service, delivery, and customer care, and to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • To evaluate suppliers' performance on product quality and ethical compliance .

The quality management system offers us a method for auditing, reviewing and improving our business processes across all areas, so it is vital that all staff assist to help us collectively achieve our objectives and continue to offer great products and service.
